• SS420 Fly Ash Gaskets are specifically designed for the high temperature and abrasive atmosphere associated with fly ash handling systems. The gaskets are manufactured from proprietary yarns spun around brass wire and braided over a core of fibers, graphite, and a high temperature binder. Proprietary lubrication and treatments prior to die forming result in a uniform, close tolerance, high-quality gasket.
• SS420G Fly Ash Gaskets are specifically designed for the high temperature and abrasive atmosphere associated with fly ash handling systems. The gaskets are manufactured from a pure homogenous graphite bonded to a fiberglass carrier for strength and thermal stability. It allows for temperatures up to 850°F (450°C). In steam operations it can go to 1200°F (650°C). It has a pH range of 0-14 and a pressure rating of 4500 p.s.i. in steam service.

Expansion Joints - Expansion joints for piping, vibration dampeners & flu-duct. All pipe joints are available in many rubber compounds & can be lined for slurry services. PyrosleeveŽ - SEPCO Pyrosleeve protective sleeving is designed to protect your operating life lines, cables, electrical lines, pipes and hoses in harsh and hostile operating environments. Pyrosleeve was developed as a temperature-resistant and flame retardant insulation for all types of lines that carry hot or volatile fluids or any line or cable that could be damaged by heat and flame. Pyrosleeve is a silicone coated, braided, glass sleeving manufactured by SEPCO using an unique proprietary process. It can be installed by sliding it over a line or cable before, during or after construction or during line replacement.

Tetracord II Joint Sealant - SEPCO introduces Tetracord II, a new and improved version of our successful and popular Tetracord gasketing material. Tetracord II, like the original Tetracord, is made from 100% pure PTFE, and has an adhesive backing for easy installation.
